Mr. Gery Sifkovits

Director

Gerhard Finished his Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking in 2018 and has since won the MFAA Newcomer award in 2020 and has been featured in the Australian Mortgage Broker Newspaper with his Global Money week Initiative participation that teaches kids the principles of money management.

Mr. Gareth Ward

Director

Gareth has extensive asset finance experience since 2013 and has extended his services into the housing finance sector. Gareth has since been selected as a finalist for the prestigious Advisor Awards, an award that recognises the best in the industry, in 2020 and 2021 as an Industry rising star.

Mr. Santosh Acharya

Finance Broker

Santosh has served as an executive member of a cooperative, lecturer, researcher and advocates on the different issues of economics and finance in Nepal until 2019.

He moved Australia in 2019 and currently, serving as a Finance Consultant/Broker in Reward Financial Services. He has completed MSC in Actuarial and Financial Science from Curtin University. Further, he also has completed Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. He is affiliated with MFAA. He gained experience on serving to the first home buyers and progressing ahead with the reward finance team.

He is interested to get updated about the macroeconomic behaviour of the Australian economy and keen to learn about its impact on the household. During his free time, he writes on his own blogs, travels with his family and watches movies.

Mrs. Barinder Hungan

Admin/Broker Assist

Barinder has completed a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Commerce from India. She worked as a Lecturer in Management Faculty in India for 3 years and came to Australia in 2021.

Her passion for Finance and helping clients has led Barinder to wanting to become a Finance Broker. She is currently completing her Cert IV in Financed and Mortgage Broking and is currently employed as an Admin / Client Support at Reward Financial Services Australia since May 2022. Barinder is completing her studies whilst working in her role as an Admin / Client Support before transitioning into a Finance Broker for Reward Financial Services Australia to begin her Mentorship.

Taylah Jones

Head of Marketing, Social Media & Public Relations

Taylah has been working with Reward Financial Services for over a year as Marketing Director and has been running and managing all the social media accounts as well as organising promotional items.

Taylah has always had an interest in Art and Design which has helped her within this profession and aided in designing her own social media posts for the company.She’s had a previous role supervising an establishment in hospitality which has given her extensive knowledge in people skills and customer service.

Jacqueline Ward

Broker Support

Jacquie has worked alongside our Directors for several years, recently re-joining the team after a period of maternity leave. She has over a Decade of experience in Administration, Finance, Customer Service, Accounts Payable and Receivable which she enjoys transferring into a role of supporting the team at Reward Finance.

Analyn

Broker Support

Analyn completed comprehensive training at Digital Nomad Academy PH, where she was equipped with essential skills to function effectively as an administrative assistant for mortgage brokers in Australia. She has a robust background in general administrative assistance, customer support, and LinkedIn lead generation from various countries, including the USA, UK, New Zealand, and Australia. Additionally, she has experience in social media management.
